With 20 years of senior management and executive leadership experience across multiple industries (FMCG, Maritime, Print, Mail, Transport, Warehousing, Manufacturing). Pete has developed and implemented strategic change and "bottom line" performance improvements across people, plant and process.

Pete's tertiary background in Psychology and Supply Chain Management give him an excellent knowledge of demand chains and organisational development at a senior leadership level. Pete is also a Six Sigma enabled certified LEAN Practitioner, with project management and technical document writing capability. 

 

Pete has the ability to build change leadership and performance at all levels and across all functions within organisations. Working with teams to identify and develop talent for business change success, Pete has implemented effective strategy across people, plant, process and value streams. Delivery of executive and strategic change management activity across a variety of industries has equipped Pete with the experience to ensure transferable change leadership agility. With a safety, commercial and financial focus, Pete ensures successful business, employee and customer outcomes. Pete also delivers positive stakeholder and government relation’s results.
